A family pest shop with a front door on Richfield Road.
All-N-One Pest Control is locally owned and operated, and has been since 1992. Their own tagline reads “We Are the Area's Top Pest Control Specialists”. A customer who left a testimonial on their site put it in plainer words: “Family-owned business that cares about their customers.”
The business works from 4294 Richfield Road in Flint. Behind the door are the office that books the technicians and a counter of do-it-yourself pest supplies, so anyone can walk in, say what they are seeing, and buy the products the technicians use.
Names from the reviews
Amber at the desk. Melvin, Preston and Dave on the trucks.
These are first names customers wrote into their Google reviews. The business as a whole holds a 4.7 average from 111 of them.
“Amber answered every question I had & I had a lot, stayed calm while I didn't”
“Melvin and Preston were sent over to exterminate these nasty bugs, both guys were highly professional, helpful, very easy to deal with & friendly.”
Sales left on the counter
Two customers whose technician said no to extra work.
The business puts it this way: “The success of our service determines the success of our business.”
“Instead of trying to sell me on service he said what I was doing seemed to be working and to just keep that up instead.”
“Most companies, I think, would have gladly taken the money and pushed a bid.”
