Rodent control
Mice and rats get an indoor and an outdoor inspection, tamper-resistant bait boxes, and a written list of the possible entry points they used to get in. Serving Flint and Genesee County.
Chapter 01
Signs, and the gaps behind them
Mice and rats seldom announce themselves with a sighting. More often it is a noise inside a wall or a mess in the garage, and by then they have already found a way in. The picture on this page shows the kind of spot a technician checks: a bait station on gravel against a poured foundation, vinyl siding above it and a small pipe gap in the wall.
A rodent call to this shop covers mice and rats in houses and in commercial buildings across Flint and Genesee County. The first step is a look around, indoors and out. Call 810-736-9513 and tell the office where you heard or saw them.

Inspected indoors and out, then tamper-resistant bait boxes
Every rodent job here starts with inspections indoors and outdoors. A technician checks the inside of the building and the outside of it, because whatever is chewing in the attic usually got in somewhere along the foundation, the siding or a utility line. Only after that does bait go down.
The bait goes into tamper-resistant boxes, closed stations built so the bait stays inside the box. They are placed where the inspection says the activity is, often against the foundation, as in the photo. That placement is the technician's call on site, which is why the work starts with a visit rather than a phone guess.
Chapter 03
The entry-point list you are handed
When the inspection is done you receive a list of the possible entry points the rodents used. That list is the part worth keeping. The bait boxes deal with the animals already inside, and the list shows you where to close up so the next ones do not follow them in.
Gaps around pipes, the joint where siding meets foundation and a door sweep worn thin are the sort of places that turn up. For the time in between, the counter at 4294 Richfield Road sells rat and mouse traps with bait and glue boards. Ask which one fits what you found.
Rodent service here means indoor and outdoor inspections, tamper-resistant bait boxes and a list of possible entry points.
