Inspections for Flint homes and office buildings

Inspections and preventative treatment programs, using multiple methods, and an honest answer about whether you need one.

Chapter 01

What an inspection is actually for

An inspection is there to find out what is going on and where it is getting in. It is not a toll you pay before anyone will help. All-N-One does inspections and preventative treatment programs for homes and office buildings, using multiple methods, across Flint and Genesee County.

One customer, Andrew Chambers, put it on our site after a technician visited his house. The technician explained that since he had already seen a bug, an inspection was unnecessary. "Instead, he bid to do the work". He added: "Most companies, I think, would have gladly taken the money and pushed a bid."

That is the standard at the counter on Richfield Road. If you have already seen the pest, you probably need a treatment, not a survey. If you are not sure which one you need, call 810-736-9513 and ask before you book anything, and the answer you get should be about your problem, not about a bigger bid.

Houses first, then the office down the road

For a house, an inspection can mean a few different jobs. Rodent work covers indoor and outdoor inspections, and you are handed a list of the possible entry points the rodents used. Bed bug work starts with inspection and detection, so the treatment goes where the bugs actually are and the bid can include mattress and box spring encasements and climb-up interceptors.

Office buildings in Flint get their own paperwork: inspection reports, sanitation reports and evaluations. That matters because bed bugs turn up in offices, doctors' offices, hospitals, stores, schools, college dorms, theaters, churches, hotels and motels, and a building manager needs to know what was found.

Either way the inspection is local work, done for properties in Flint and across Genesee County. The shop has been family-owned and operated on Richfield Road since 1992, and the phone number on this page, 810-736-9513, is the shop's own. Call it, or ask about a visit through the contact page, to talk through a home or an office building.

Chapter 03

The treatment program that follows

Once an inspection shows what you are dealing with, the next step is a preventative treatment program. For houses that is the seven outdoor treatments from April through October, aimed at ants, earwigs, box elders, Asian beetles, spiders, wasps and yellow jackets, plus the other occasional invaders that show up around a Flint house in summer.

Each service gets 7 to 10 days to reach maximum effectiveness. If it has not, call 810-736-9513 and we return to treat the area again at no additional cost. Inside treatments are provided if necessary at no additional cost as well, so the plan does not stop at the foundation if the problem has already come indoors.

For commercial buildings, the same idea runs year round as a preventative program for the whole property. For seasonal pests such as mosquitoes there is a separate program that runs May through September. Ask which one fits when you call 810-736-9513, and a pricing question can start at the FAQ on the home page, linked below.
